Tanto no inglês como no português, está estranha a expressão “discriminação inapropriada”. Podemos deixar apenas discriminação?

Pq você acha estranho? Existe discriminação apropriada. O próprio sistema de cotas é também conhecido como discriminação positiva, por exemplo.
